We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and all the main trams were within a short walk from the entrance. The charming restaurant downstairs added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The service was outstanding, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and the staff was friendly and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. We also enjoyed relaxing in the sitting area and on the terrace with comfortable garden furniture. The flat-screen TV and mini-bar added convenience to our stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Nice, large and clean room, free internet (Wi-Fi or lan), located close to city center but on a quiet side street with easy access by car. The blanket is not stacked under mattress (oh, how I am tired to pull them out in almost each hotel... It was a good change for once)

There was no air condition or may be I just did not find it. I slept with open window.

Breakfast not a 4 star hotel quality, held a party next to my room and couldnt sleep, with that I would not recommend the hotel because the manager didnt care for the guests if he is running parties until 1 am!

Felt it was overpriced for Kosice, but then all hotels overpriced compared with say Bratislava. Could do with tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel location was very convenient, being near the old city center and main trams within a short walk. the room was spacious and well-equipped with great facilities. the breakfast buffet had a good selection and was varied daily. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making the service exceptional.

The hotel needs to urgently update certain aspects, such as the carpet and renovation of walls to remove the spots.

Wireless internet is not working at all

The personnel of the hotel is really helpful, attentive and kind. I have also found my room very usable, well designed and clean. Having breakfast and lunch there was also excellent. I would recommend it for anybody else.

The location of the hotel was ideal, close to the old town and with a convenient private parking lot. The room was of excellent quality and very comfortable. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We had a view of a building that was being torn down next to the hotel. Additionally, the tap water in the restaurant was charged without being explicitly mentioned on the menu.
